Evaluating and delivering winning products

Tonkin + Taylor is currently running a large project of digital transformation; taking their wide range of internal knowledge and IP and building it into a suite of digital products across environmental, geotechnics and engineering. I am part of the team that is helping to facilitate workshops to evaluate some of these promising ideas, and then design and deliver the most promising of these.

Landcheck was the first project of many as part of a digital transformation process I was part of at Tonkin + Taylor. This is an app that allows homeowners to easily preview natural hazard risks to their homes.

Based on our research during a one-week initial design sprint we found that home-owners often have trouble interpreting council hazard information, knowing mitigation options they may have, and knowing what risks have been analysed.
